The ReLoved Collection is home to pre‑owned bears who have already lived a life before finding their way to me. Each one arrives with their own story, their own quirks, and their own gentle signs of a life previously loved. My role is to restore them with care, honour their history, and prepare them for a new beginning.
Their Story
Every ReLoved Bear has travelled a different path — some were cherished companions, some were tucked away for years, and some were waiting quietly to be found. I bring them back to life with gentle restoration, careful cleaning, and a deep respect for who they already are.
Sustainability
Choosing a ReLoved Bear is a beautiful way to give a second life to something already made. It reduces waste, celebrates reuse, and honours the idea that love doesn’t need to be new to be meaningful.

Each bear in the ReLoved Collection is introduced individually, with their own photos, size, quirks, and a little story that reflects their personality. No two are ever the same — even when I find the same bear again, each one carries its own marks of time and character.
ReLoved Bear Sizes
ReLoved Bears come in a range of sizes, from small companions to larger, cuddle‑ready friends. Each bear is measured from top to bottom once fully restored, and because every bear is unique, sizes can vary slightly — but the guide below will help you understand their general scale. Sizes are always listed clearly with each individual bear, so you know exactly what to expect.
Small – under 20 cm
Medium – 20–35 cm
Large – 35–45 cm
Extra Large – approx. 18+ inches (45+ cm)
These sizes give you a sense of each bear’s character and presence, but every ReLoved bear has its own proportions and personality. No two are ever the same.
A Note on Uniqueness
Some bears are harder to come by, while others were originally part of larger manufactured collections — which means the same bear may appear again from time to time.
What makes each ReLoved Bear unique is not rarity, but the life they’ve lived. Their softened fur, tiny quirks, and gentle signs of age are part of their charm.
RELOVED CARE PROCESS (RCP)
How each rescued bear is prepared for their new beginning.
Each ReLoved Bear arrives with a past — sometimes well‑loved, sometimes forgotten, sometimes gently worn by time.
My role is not to remake them, but to restore them with care while honouring who they already are.
The ReLoved Care Process ensures every bear is clean, safe, and ready for adoption, without changing their identity or erasing their history.
When a bear arrives, I begin with a gentle assessment.
I look for loose seams, worn patches, missing stitches, or areas that need attention.
This first check helps me understand what the bear has been through and what they may need.
Every bear is cleaned in the way that is safest for their materials and construction.
Some can be fully washed, some are best surface‑cleaned, and others need a more delicate, specialised approach.
All bears are cleaned using Professional Strength Probiotic powder and an advanced cleaner spray designed to help reduce dander and common allergens.
Every bear is also steamed to ensure they are freshened, sanitised, and ready for their new home.
The aim is always the same: to clean them thoroughly while protecting their structure, character, and history.
Allergen Awareness
While every ReLoved Bear is cleaned with Professional Strength Probiotic powder, advanced allergen‑reducing spray, and a full steaming process, I cannot guarantee that any bear will be completely allergen‑free.
I take great care with each bear, but because they are pre‑owned and have lived previous lives, traces of allergens may still remain.
If you or a loved one has severe allergies, please feel free to message me before adopting — I’m always happy to help you make the right choice.
Natural Scent & Ageing
Some bears may retain a noticeably light natural scent from their previous life or show gentle signs of age such as softened colours or naturally faded fur.
These are not flaws — they are part of their story, adding to their charm and individuality.
Fur is brushed, fluffed, and softened where possible.
This brings back a little of their original charm while keeping their natural, lived‑in look intact.
If a bear has a loose seam, a small tear, or a wobbly limb, I carry out gentle repairs to make sure they are safe and secure.
I never alter their features, replace their faces, or change who they are — only small, necessary fixes to support their wellbeing.
Before a bear is ready for adoption, I check their seams, limbs, eyes, and overall structure to ensure they are safe for their new home.
Some bears may still show signs of age or wear — these are part of their story, not faults.
Suitable for Children
Because ReLoved Bears are pre‑owned and their original design is not altered in any way, they retain the safety standards they were originally manufactured with, including UKCA/CE/EN71 compliance where applicable.
This means many ReLoved Bears are perfectly suitable as gifts for children, especially for everyday play.
If you are choosing a bear for a young child, please feel free to message me — I’m always happy to help you select a bear that’s appropriate for their age and needs.
Once restored, each bear is given a final brush and a quiet moment before being photographed and introduced.
Their story is written with care, reflecting their personality, quirks, and the life they’ve lived so far.
Only when a bear is fully ready — clean, safe, and gently restored — do they join the ReLoved Collection.
They are presented exactly as they are, with honesty and warmth, so their future family knows them just as I do.
Availability
ReLoved Bears are adopted on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
Some find a home quickly, while others wait a little longer for the right person.
Once a bear is adopted or reserved, it is no longer available.
From time to time, I may find the same bear again — especially those originally made as part of larger manufactured collections — but each one will always have its own quirks and story.
Adoption Process

When you see a bear, you connect with, you can send me a message to let me know you’d like to adopt them.
I’ll confirm their availability, share any extra details you may need, and answer any questions.
If you decide to go ahead, I’ll reserve the bear for you and guide you through the simple next steps.
Your bear is then brushed, checked over one last time, and prepared carefully for their journey home.

Adopting a ReLoved Bear is a gentle, personal experience.
Each bear has lived a life before finding their way to me, and this guide walks you through every step of choosing, reserving, adopting, and welcoming your new companion home.
Nothing is rushed. Nothing is confusing. Everything is explained with warmth and clarity.

When choosing your bear, take your time to:

When your adoption is complete, you’ll also receive:
- a beautiful Story Card written just for them.
- an official Adoption Certificate
Both are created with sustainability in mind, using eco‑friendly materials wherever possible.
These keepsakes help you connect with your bear’s past while celebrating their new beginning.
Many ReLoved Bears can be personalised, though this depends on the size of the bear and the amount of text you’d like added. Smaller bears have limited space, which may affect the method I use and how much detail can be included.
Personalisation can be added in diverse ways, and the cost varies depending on the technique and the amount of text.
T‑shirts for bears are currently in the design stage, and personalisation on a T‑shirt will also incur a small additional charge.
When you reserve your bear, you’re welcome to tell me what personalisation you’d like. I’ll then advise you on what’s possible for that specific bear and confirm the full cost, including any personalisation requests, before you complete payment.
If you’ve found the bear you’d like to adopt, simply send me a message to let me know.
I’ll confirm their availability and answer any questions you may have.
Once you decide to go ahead, I’ll reserve the bear for you so no one else can adopt them while we complete the next steps together.
Reserved bears will appear as ‘Reserved’ on their listing.
Reservations are held for a maximum of 48 hours.
If payment isn’t completed within this time, the bear will quietly return to the available collection so someone else has the chance to adopt them.
Once your bear is reserved, I:
- confirm your reservation.
- answer any final questions.
- guide you through the payment process.
During this stage, your bear remains exactly as they are — nothing is altered, brushed, or prepared until payment is complete.
To complete your adoption, simply contact me to arrange payment.
I currently accept bank transfers, as other payment methods charge fees that quickly add up for a small business.
Once your bear is paid for, their listing will be updated with an ‘Adopted’ stamp, and their adoption is officially confirmed.
Once payment is complete, your bear is gently prepared for their new beginning.
This includes:
- a final brush
- a final check of seams, limbs, and features
- their Adoption Certificate
- their Story Card
- careful, protective packaging
Everything is done thoughtfully and with care, so your bear arrives safe, comfortable, and ready to be welcomed home.
Your bear will be wrapped or placed in a protective bag for their journey — I’m still exploring which option is the most practical and sustainable, and I’ll always choose the method that keeps your bear safe while being kind to the planet.
Once wrapped, your bear is carefully packed for posting.
Please be aware that you may receive your order in reused boxes, recycled packaging, or other sustainable materials. This is an intentional choice. I believe in giving things a second life wherever possible — not just bears, but packaging too.
After all, it’s not the box that matters.
It’s the bear inside, ready for their new beginning.
Opening your parcel is a special moment.
